Kevin is a fourth-generation Arizonan with deep roots and a robust family history in the State.  With early years spent in both Tucson and the Phoenix metro areas, he learned to appreciate the vast beauty of Arizona and developed a yearning to explore all the wonders it has to offer.  After graduating from high school in Tempe, he attended ASU and obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree through the W.P. Carey School of Business, dual majoring in Real Estate & Small Business Management / Entrepreneurship. Throughout his time in study, Kevin kept part-time jobs in real estate offices, building fundamentals, developing industry knowledge and gaining valuable strategic insights in the art of negotiation. His college-kid roles evolved into career work as a commercial real estate agent right after graduating. For the next 18 years, he held positions in commercial brokerage, development, and retail leasing, gaining big-city experience and developing  a refined business acumen. After some time, the city no longer felt like home, so he & his partner, Lindsay, packed up and moved to Cochise County to enjoy a quieter country life with beautiful skies, open roads and scenic landscapes in every direction. Kevin has been selling real estate in Cochise County for four years, quickly becoming a productive and trusted real estate expert in the area. Kevin acquired his Arizona Real Estate Broker's License and started Cochise Central in the spring of 2025. He has recently obtained certification as a Trauma & Resilience life coach through Arizona Trauma Institute and is an advocate for holistic and spiritual wellness. In his free time, he enjoys collecting & trading silver jewelry, hiking & exploring, spending time with his dogs, riding motorcycles, strumming guitars on the porch and working outdoors on his country property in Sunsites.
